1. INTRODUCTION

This Appendix 3 forms part of the Smackdab Inc. Solution & Affiliate Partner Agreement (“S&A Agreement”) and the Technology Partner Agreement (“Tech Agreement”) and provides a comprehensive description of the Services offered by Smackdab Inc.
