What is Smackdab?

No more juggling a CRM here, a proposal tool there, a spreadsheet for inventory, a chat app, a note taker, and an accounting system that doesn't talk to any of them. One place. One login. Everything connected.

Where did this idea come from?

Brooks and Rob built iPoint for the AV industry: an all-in-one platform that dealers use to run their entire business. Along the way, we spent years talking with real small business owners about what they want, what they need, and what drives them up the wall.

Then technology changed. Today's tools are faster, smarter, and way more capable than what existed when iPoint was born. So we decided to rebuild from the ground up. Not just everything iPoint can do, but going way beyond it, starting with a best-in-class CRM.

That's Smackdab.

iPoint users: is iPoint going away?

No. Full stop.

We'll support iPoint as long as people are using it. But honestly? Smackdab is going to be so awesome, so stellar, so downright stupendous that you're going to want to come over. And when you do, all your data comes too.  Historical data too? Yup, all of it. We can have a bonfire for the old iPoint servers.
